TCI Tricone Bit

  • Our tri-cone rock bits have hardened teeth for better wear resistance. Ideal for soft formations, surface drilling in limestone, shale, and marble.
  • Equipped with tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) on the cones, making it ideal for medium to hard formations. It provides excellent wear resistance and durability for extended drilling operations.Typically used in water wells and HDD drilling projects.

Tricone Bit Size Chart & Specifications

This section shows all available tricone bit sizes we offer. The table lists bit diameter in inches and millimeters, API pin connection, recommended make-up torque, and approximate weight, helping you quickly select the right tricone bit for your drilling application while meeting API standards.

Classification by bearing and seal

“Choose the right bearing for your drilling needs. Sliding bearings for durability, roller bearings for speed.”

IADC Code Reference

IADC code – International standard code for Tricone bits. The code usually has three digits. The fourth digit is additional and less frequently used

e.g.: IADC 537G.
