Description
The main features are as follows:
- For water well drilling, the reamer’s special structure delivers a smoother and more stable wellbore. Its unique chip flute design quickly removes cuttings, enabling fast drilling with lower torque and weight-on-bit.
- Our innovative drilling technology suppresses drill string vibration during reaming. The PDC hole opener adapts to rotary steerable assemblies, mud motor assemblies and conventional rotary systems. These reaming tools run efficiently, raise equivalent circulating density, lower the risk of formation fracturing, reduce torque and drag, and tackle tough drilling conditions.
- This spiral-blade PDC hole opener features a 6 5/8 API Reg box connection at the top and a 4 1/2 API Reg box connection at the bottom. PDC bits or motor‑compatible tricone bits can be mounted ahead of it.
- Customized products are available ranging from 8″ to 50″.
